We, the Ferndale Veterans Memorial strives to honor our local heroes who have given of themselves to protect our everyday freedoms. We strive to provide a place our town can be proud of that goes above and beyond the average memorial.
We long for a site that can not only be used for reflection and memorial,
but for celebration and gathering of our town for various events. (More to come...)

Below is a first rough draft by Robert D. Allen on our plans for the design and layout of the memorial. This plan is subject to change.

Description: The memorial will serve a multitude of puposes. As you can see it is designed as a stage with a large wall behind it. This wall will have all the names of Ferndale Veteran's that have served and given their lives, an unimaginable price, for our everday freedoms. The memorial will have benches or some kind of seating for the community to gather.
